Love the game. Have had it for years no complaints for a long time. But with the new event,which is the only one I like it crashes so much and I lose my score. Idk why. It’s frustrating me.

Every ten seconds an ad pops up. The game would be fun but I can’t find out because EVERY TEN SECONDS AN AD POPS UP!

The lack of customer support is shocking. No proper explanation is given for the denials, and they completely disregard any evidence I’ve submitted. For a company to ignore their own technical issues and refuse to process legitimate refunds is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disappointed in a service I once trusted. If you’re considering using this app or making in-app purchases, think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help or fairness when it comes to getting your money back.
