Account lost
Was a fun game but after not signing in for a few weeks, my account was reset and everything I paid for was deleted. Contacted customer support but no reply from them.
New event
Starting doing the new event got so far in it and it is now just simply not working the main gain still works however but please sort out the event.
After months of boring grind the devs reset the game
This game was a simple way to pass the time but driven by an insane amount of adverts if you want to progress. I have played for months. 12/03/24 the new version was released and reset the game progress fully. I’ve deleted the app. I can’t be bothered anymore.
Resetting a game with no notice!
Been playing the game for a few weeks, enjoyed it and was about to head to the 4th system. But no you reset everyone’s progress with no notice and next to no compensation. This is not acceptable.
Update Error
I found this game great, wasnt glitchy and progress felt good The update deleted all my progress and put me back to the start! I was very far along in the game so probably wont be picking it back up again
Update restart
Just had my game update and suddenly reset all my progress back to the tutorial! I was on the 2nd planet and had a level 3 base! Not impressed by that all, weeks of progress down the drain! 😡

Enjoying the game but the most recent update wiped my progress
My games bugged
Was literally about to make it to system 5 then my game closed and when i reloaded it i was reset back to system 2! It wont let me put crew mates on anything!!! I have 3 legendary people but i cannot even use them?! It says i have 21/6 crew mate onboard and i cannot progress because i need 20G at this rate ill have to wait like a month just to get that on my current income…. This game just bugs way too much
