Downloaded this a good few months ago, decided to buy the ads pack when it was offer and it defo helps proceed in the game! Enjoyed the graphics and the new hospitals and was great when the events came on each day. But then, I’ve gotten a bit bored. It’s the same 2 events and no new characters. Other cards take forever to level up and to spend 100 gems on possible Ricks Keycard and War-chief, you end up spending most of your gems you’ve saved up but need these to get most of the rewards. I’ve now deleted the game as like I said. Gets a bit tedious. If the developers make different events to get different epic characters, I may come back to it.
Game breaking glitch
I don’t normally leave reviews but as support is not getting back to me about this issue I feel should warn others. Once you progress through the tutorial to the part that pops up about notifications you can’t click yes or no it just does nothing and if you force close the app and restart it throws you back to just before the pop up appears and the cycle repeats. At this point it’s game breaking and I wouldn’t waste your time downloading till it’s fixed. Once it’s fixed I’ll update this review.

It’s an okay
As the title states its an okay game wish you could click the zombies and maybe find out what’s going on but other than it’s another idle game.
Good game but event keycard needs to have higher chances
I’ve completed all the main hospitals to 100% and play the events when they occur but ricks keycard and the wasteland equivalent cost too many gems to get. I can spend 1000 gems and still not get it, and you need this to complete the event and get all the rewards. If you could up the chances of getting it from the safe/chest that would be great but other then that it’s a great game!
Maybe you can make it so you pay ~500 gems and get a 100% chance of getting the keycard that would also be better as I know I’m going to spend my gems on something good and not waste them. Thanks.
Love this game but it stole 1,000 of my gema that took me ages to collect!
It brought 2 skins when i didnt tap them and In result i Lost 1,000 gems i Need The game makers to reply and contact me as ive got skins i Don’t want and cannot get a box and have wanted all my time attempting to complete contracts to get gems for them to be wasted on a skin i didnt want or tap!

Nice game!
Really good game from my experience so far. Only need to look at ads if you want to for extra in-game cash. No annoying pop ups every couple of minutes - you can actually enjoy the game! Nice graphics and loads of upgrades to do as you move from hospital to hospital.
Worth downloading and having a go!
Buggy af
When im trying to build the 6th cell the game freezes then I have to close the tab and reopen it and it shows that I haven’t built it then I try to build it and does this over and over again😤
No update
Downloaded the game but when I try to play it says the game needs to update but no update is available in the App Store, deleted game and tried again but same thing happened so unable to play and deleted
