The dangerous virus pandemic spread all over the planet in a switch and now it's your deal to manage with the impact. Everybody wants to kill zombies, but you will bring them mercy in this idle zombie hospital tycoon.

In this hospital simulator a tiny handful of apocalyptic survivors united and built several safe settlements and shelters. By that time scientists made a medical breakthrough and found a treatment for the virus! Finally, we can beat the infection! Thanks to the therapy in special hospitals it is now available to bring zombies back to normal.

The game charged me for something I never even bought and won’t refund me or give me the items “I bought”

Fun game for some time

When ever I join the game after i leave it just does not load.

Broken by unavailable update

Would love to play for a couple of days now and it need an update witch is not available… try delete and reinstall… same things.

Can’t download

It keeps telling me to update, but there’s no update available, and this is a new app, I have no data with it.

New game download isn’t working

I just downloaded the game to try. It says I need the updated version…but I have the updated version, nothing left to update in the App Store. Too bad, I would have liked to try this game.

Great game but freezes when you watch an ad.

Love this game, great time killer. My only gripe is every other time I watch an ad the game freezes halfway through the ad and I never get the reward for watching it. If this bug is fixed I will change my review.

An amazing passtime

original idea and the only ads are rewards ads. It's like prison architect but mixed with a tycoon game and it takes forever to complete

It’s a pretty good game

I love the game but the only thing I don’t like is how your money doesn’t switch form place to place I think you should make your balance stay and let you spend it in the other city’s! But it’s still a pretty good game

One of the best Idle Tycoons but …

I really enjoy this game. It has a very original concept that’s different from all the other tycoons. I also like how you can hire staff and you will lose money depending on how many staff you have. I also love how you can lose staff due to zombie outbreaks if you don’t have enough paramedics. The only problem I have with this game is you can only earn up to 1 hour of inactive income from the game. It’s way too low at any level. You won’t be able to earn enough income unless you are constantly playing the game. Not really an “idle tycoon” if you can only be idke for 1 hour
