Very bad response automatically deducts money every month

I have bought service for one month.. they automatically deducted my money this week without any information... i have wrote an rmail to their customer support, they are not even responding.. i want my money back

Outstanding! Ignore bad reviews!

In the capacity of a British Council trained Ielts trains with a speaking band of 9, I can tell you that this is as good as it gets! People apparently are willing to shell out exorbitant sums for filling the coffers of incompetent preparation centres but not for a decent, accurate app that provides latest questions with answers par native efficiency! I urge you to ignore reviews whining about it being a paid app. Pay for a small term plan; you’ll feel every penny repaid! I am in no liaison with the developers, nor does this review serve any self-interest. I’m just a highly satisfied customer who has received more than what could be reasonably hoped. It has been a boon to me and my students! Kudos to the makers!
