iFeelWell uses continuous and accurate heart rate readings to guide you into a state of relaxation to help reduce your stress, calm you down and improve health and focus. Find your inner balance with iFeelWell.
iFellWell must be used with an iFeelWell heart rate sensor. The fingertip sensor sends continuous heart rate readings to the app to help coach and guide you to breathe at your ideal relaxation breathing rate.

Everyone’s physiology is different and each person will have their own ideal relaxation breathing rate based on their current mindset. Your live heart rate readings (obtained by the heart rate sensor) will help personalize exercises and guide you to breathe at the rate that is ideal for you to achieve maximum calmness. Our app synchronizes with your physiology giving you a personalized result.

Got this app after years with a Mindfulness app (which I still use for “narrative” sessions like gratitude and life lessons). The first big shift is of course the accompanying device, that renders each session much more accurate and effective with feedback and mutual ajustements (both me and the app). The second game changer is about focusing on physiological aspects rather than “narrative” meditation. But the big leap for me happened when I started working with the guided PMR exercises - muscle relaxation proper. I could actually feel the immediate effect on my body: releasing tension and becoming physically relaxed, calm and restored for the day ahead. Great Job.
