Triple Game Changer
Got this app after years with a Mindfulness app (which I still use for “narrative” sessions like gratitude and life lessons). The first big shift is of course the accompanying device, that renders each session much more accurate and effective with feedback and mutual ajustements (both me and the app). The second game changer is about focusing on physiological aspects rather than “narrative” meditation. But the big leap for me happened when I started working with the guided PMR exercises - muscle relaxation proper. I could actually feel the immediate effect on my body: releasing tension and becoming physically relaxed, calm and restored for the day ahead. Great Job.
