IGP: Gifts, Flowers & Cakes

I had a deeply disappointing experience with IGP. Living outside India, I trusted them to deliver a special Mother’s Day gift to my mom. I carefully selected a time slot when she would be home, but the delivery arrived over 10 hours late. To make matters worse, the bouquet was in terrible condition—wilted and far from what was advertised. My sister called their support line over 10 times without any resolution. I reached out via WhatsApp—no response. I even emailed, and it took three full days to get a reply. Worst of all, I tried to leave an honest review on their website, and they removed it. Now I understand why their products seem to have such high ratings—negative reviews are not allowed to stay up. I would not recommend IGP to anyone looking for reliable service or

My delivery got delayed. No one is helping me … customer support person is horrible … for every query he has one answer that is i will forward your request. Ruined my surprise to my friend …. Horrible horrible … Karachi baker is much better

I placed order on Christmas. My order didn’t get delivered nor they agreed to refund my money back to source. Lame excuses given saying attempted delivery and my phone number wasn’t reachable. Truth is no one came to deliver order or have requested for gate pass. I stay in Gated community which is well know however again lame excuse was couldn’t find the location. Only thing the customer support team did was refund in the IGP wallet but didn’t refund back to source. It’s like indirectly forcing back to purchase from them and loot customer money. Wouldn’t recommend it for sure.

Their service is worsttttttt.. their service is worstttttttttt… their service executives are worst…. I blame myself for trusting these ppl for my family happiness. I ordered before 1 week so that it reaches on time to my family. There delivered the worst cake and the most disappointing cake I had ever seen in my life. It looking vomityyyyy.. 2nd half of the order is still not delivered and it’s going to be 1 month. I raised enquiries and complaints haven’t healed from anybody. They are not refunding my money for the not delivered items. My family didn’t go on their anniversary out because of these ppl because they didn’t deliver the items on mentioned time slot and they kept on waiting for it at their home. Please DO NOT USE ITTTTT.. DO NOT 🙏🏻

They never dispatched my order or attempted any sort of delivery and when i have been trying to reach out to them they mentioned they tried to deliver but couldn’t reach me. However the app clearly shows the order was never dispatched then how could you attempt delivery!! Please opt for ferns and petals, they are so reliable and deliver on time for a cheaper price even!

Worst service same day delivery is fake no proper customer care

The most horrible online delivery app. They failed to deliver my parcel and then they are telling me that they will deliver it next day. What is the use if it is not on the special day. And they are not even giving me refund for the same. They are frauds. Please think before placing an order.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with IGP. They took my order, charged me promptly, but failed to deliver the product on the promised date. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no resolution, and their customer support was unhelpful. It's evident that their promises are fake, and their service is unreliable. IGP’s practices border on fraud, and I strongly advise against using their platform. This was my first and last experience with them. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more trustworthy service.

Don’t try to surprise someone with igp they never arrived on time. You can expect a delay of 12 hours atleast.
