i have order floral and cake for my friends bday. after dispatch order im not able to track order after that i have call multiple times to deliver boy he didn't answer my call after that all he complete order middle of the location order was not delivered. also if you want to connect for complaint you can't connect them website is frod also email and contact details is just for show off you can not get your refund back pathetic customer service i don't recommend this app.
I have not got my order till now whereas it is showing that it is delivered…Their delivery service is not at all good…1st time I did from here and was shocked and disappointed by the bad experience…Other gifting apps have a good customer support but they didn’t even look into this matter inspite of so many calls..I had prepaid for the order and I neither got the order nor the money..I had heard good about it but it has proved to be unworthy of the appreciation..I would never recommend IGP to anyone else ever because the customer service and delivery problem…worst experience on any online shopping app..it is just waste of money and time over here
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This business is important for special occasions and is an emotional business which should be timely and committed. IGP is the exact opposite, they play with peoples emotions and trust. These people constantly lied about the delivery on phone calls with my whole family. They promised to deliver and lied each and every time. They should not be running a business if they cannot handle being able to commit to every order. Their customer service team is horrible and was not able to take any action. They have ruined Mother’s Day, a very special occasion. In the future i would recommend everyone to NOT RELY on this business for special occasions. They are extremely untrustworthy, lie to customers and break their trust. They are very disrespectful to customers time. My order still has never come and neither have I gotten a full refund. This is not how someone runs their business. They must learn to be honest in their work, I expect nothing in the future from them and will definitely NEVER order from here again.
Worst services ever
I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. I ordered a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s day for same day delivery. First the app shows delayed delivery to next day and then i see the order has been cancelled, with no refunds. I raise it on the customer support chat and there is no reply. On calling the customer care number, they tell me the cancellation was from the customer’s end(which was not the case) and then he abruptly disconnected the call. Igp is just a scam to steal your money. Please don’t order from this app.
It isn’t IGP’s forte to deliver the products as shown in the picture! It takes multiple conversations with the customer support for them to address the issue. Mostly they just get away by providing 50% refund. The most important thing the people involved don’t understand that it’s a gifting site, by providing refund, they can’t undo the damage done when the wrong/different product is delivered!
I ordered an cake for my mother and has not yet arrived and the costumer service is very poor
I wasted the entire Mother’s Day waiting for the pretty expensive gift I’d ordered for my mom, but all in vain. Their customer helplines don’t work. They don’t respond to emails and don’t even communicate on the app. Basically a FRAUD. BEWARE!
Very disappointed with their performance and management. I specially ordered a day before mother’s day and they provided a designated date and time of delivery yet they failed to deliver on that day and nobody cates to update or reschedule or ask for apologies for their mismanagement. If you can’t manage surplus orders then why do you except them? Its an emotional damage and kind of harassment. Very pathetic and bad service. I will strongly recommend to never consider them at all. Fnp is far better than them and are reliable.
