Cannot use apple ID to log in, cannot pay with credit card (keeps closing the payment window). Full of bugs. Stay away.

Cant use applepay and took forever to load using credit card at payment page. In the end had to rush down and left with undesired seats

This shouldn’t be called an ‘app’. It’s just a still image of Singapore with the various locations of GV cinema.

Pls work on your app. It’s so slow, and can’t return to previous menu. At times even payment is an issue.

This app always hang. The in-app payment is not working. It needs a serious overhaul

If you can’t properly create an app, don’t do it.

Have always struggled with this app from day one. Apple Pay doesn’t work. Log in is clunky and terrible experience. And even on the initial boot of the app at the start screen struggles to load.

I used this for 6 years and last year it never lets me login with Facebook any more . It keeps crashing . Do something. People complaining about the app already. And most I see are all loyal customers complains .

In 2024 you’d expect a big cinema company’s online products to be a lot better than what it is currently offering. Why am I paying $2 convenience fee even though I wasted 15 min waiting for the app AND site to load. Please take a portion of your profits and hire better developers.
