Useless device and app
Bought bg1 and installed app. Not possible to bypass login or register to use it. Device useless! I hate your company worsest experience ever.

Fehler über Fehler
Seit letzten Update „Fehler 102 kein Netzwerk“, keine Reaction von App Support auf Anfragen, leider muss man ja einen Stern vergeben ich hätte keinen vergeben, auch die Hardware wird dadurch unbrauchbar. : nach Update durch Support wieder in Ordnung
Funktioniert nicht mit IPhone 8
Ich habe nun schon diesen Align seit Ende November17 und bisher wurde ich nur vertröstet, dass die Techniker dran arbeiten um es kompatibel zu machen. Gestern kam ein Update, welches das IPhone X einbinden soll. Aber mein 8er geht immer noch nicht. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel, aber sonst kann ich hier die Kunden ja nicht vorwarnen.
Gut und übersichtlich, aber...
Das,Programm ist sehr gut und übersichtlich gestalltet. Selbst eine manuelle Eingabe ohne Hardware ist möglich und eine Ausgabe als PDF. Leider ist die Übersetzung ins Deutsche noch voller Fehler. Auch das im System vorgegebene Datum und Zeitformat wird ignoriert und im amerikanischen Format ausgegeben. Das stört die schöne Optik und sorgt nur für Verwirrung, deshalb ziehe ich dafür einen Stern ab. Wenn die Fehler weg sind, gibts den 5. Stern dazu.
Die App ist ok, aber…
Die App tut was sie soll, jedoch die Anpassung an die Deutsche Sprache ist grauenhaft. Entweder man liefert so eine App vollständig auf Deutsch, oder aber in Englisch. Das Mischmasch aus Englisch und Deutsch ist furchtbar.
Letztes Update Fehler.
Seit letztes Update geht gar nicht mehr auf Iphone 6+.
Does NOT work with iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2
Does not recognize meter even though it's plugged in correctly and always reports "Device in Standby Mode". Useless.
Leider nur bedingt gut
Die App funktioniert auf dem IPhone 5 wunderbar. Was schade ist, auf dem IPad Air2 leider nicht, obwohl vom Hersteller etwas anderes behauptet wird! Das ist aus optischen (schlecht zu lesen) Gründen leider sehr schade. Sollte es in naher Zukunft zur Behebung des Fehlers kommen, gibt es einen Stern mehr.
