Wont accept payments
I tried multiple cards, and it won’t process any of them. I checked to make sure there was money in the accounts that I was trying to use…and there definitely was. So I removed and rated 1 star

Can’t use a gift card online, even though it says that you are able to. Also have to fight it to accept any form of payment.
Whenever this app works it’s honestly a miracle. It never accepts my payment with ANY card number that I put in. And I always have a problem with the loyalty rewards. Whenever I remove a loyalty reward it doesn’t let me continue with my order. I hope they update it again to fix it.

I cannot add any reward items and it is difficult, if not impossible for the average person to navigate.
The app is great to calculate the 10, 15 and 20 percent tip based on the subtotal of the bill, but if I want to add a custom tip, I see no place to enter a “.” to enter dollars and cents. So, tonight the waitress got an $8.00 tip which was larger than 20%. Merry Christmas.
This app is great, really adds a lot of value to eating here, when I earn points for food back.
I hate this stupid app
I enjoy getting delivery from ihop and I like being able to use the rewards through the app but please, please, please fix these bugs. The app will not save previous addresses well, I have to type in the apartment number and the instructions how to get in EVERY TIME. Also, I like that you can save previous orders, but when I pick a previous order and add it to cart it changes my order from delivery to pickup EVERY TIME. So I then have to enter in my delivery info again. I've ended up just never using the favorites feature because of this bug. Also, today I had the app crash because I looked at a previous order that seemingly is no longer on the menu. A simple "this item is no longer available" message will do the trick. I don't know how many times I can rate my order experience 1 star before any of these bugs get fixed. TL,DR; the ordering experience on this app is terrible - but can be fixed! The only benefits to using it are the rewards if you order or visit iHop frequently.
