Not user friendly
We can’t search for a particular word to learn which is very annoying. The wordlist for parent to decide which word to skip is also useless. When I try to find a word I use the wordlist, but the word number listed these doesn’t match the wordlist the app displayed for kids. I hope the app can enable the search function so users can search words freely and learn as needed.

I purchased a package and recently cannot login. Customer service is not accessible.

I thought this was a Chinese learning game for kids. It seems fun and engaging, but everything is in Mandarin, even the instructions. So I'm not sure how a non-fluent child will be able to learn anything through this app.

必须要加入客服的微信群。但是群里基本上是客服不停的推销产品。问的问题完全不理。没有回答，多问了两次之后，客服却说我问的太多，影响其他人。可是我几天只是问同一个简单问题。并没有任何人回答我。 还有就是学过的字不能设置回没学过。比如有两三百字小孩飙进度，想让他从学，就不能重设。只能每次手动点下一个字。家长没法让小孩自主重学这些字
How to setup in English???
It’s a great app for kids, we love it. However, there is no way to change the menu to English, but it’s an option on AppStore. Can someone show me how to? Most of our school parents are non-Chinese but all send kids to Chinese school, it’s frustrating to give instructions to our kids by guessing… please help!! Thanks!
