• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.
Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Keeps crashing/logging out
The app keeps crashing or logged by me out in between any action. It is not a good customer experience.

App not working on ios13
App getting closed abruptly after ios13 upgrade. Please fix it as it is not working even after updating with on latest version.

In I phone for activation , why it is asking for disable WiFi ? Use mobile data ??
UI
Overall it is good but the UI is bot user friendly. It feels too clumsy and as a user take few seconds to locate a task.
Cannot transfer outside icici
So whats the point if i cannot transfer the money outside banks ..? Not every one has icici ac..! Need to fix this issue. As an fund transfer is our main function .. not checking the balance .
