Personal Loan highlights:
• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.

For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.
Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

App is very slow sometimes i can open it and sometimes doesn’t. They need to work on it to make it smooth.

Session expires every time in middle of use

Since recent past my session gets expired everytime in middle of doing any transaction. This is really annoying as I have to re-login each time and still after few minutes it throws error session expires. Note : I m not leaving app open unused so that it gets expired. It happens in middle of any transaction.

I have raised query on why home loan is not showing in the App, no update from the bank. It’s been months now and they are sitting on my request with utter arrogance. No accountability. Disgusting bank.
