App doesn’t work and crashes when selecting a tile
I am modifying my review after poking around a bit more. Apparently the app is only crashing when selecting the appointments tile. Otherwise the other tiles seem to work ok.
Just installed the app on my iPhone today which is running the most current iOS. I can log into the app but the moment I go to select a tile for appointment as an example, the app crashes. ZERO STARS until they fix this. Also selecting app support takes you their website and seems to be focused on provider support and sign ups vs app user support. Pointless. And the provider I am at makes you use this pointless app.
App doesn't even open up
Even after having the most recent iOS version on an iPhone 13 Pro the app seems to bomb. First it is super slow. Then it doesn't open... The orange screen freezes before even I could see the login screen. After multiple restarts got it to start and then login was a challenge. It kept saying some error happened.
Do some basic testing before releasing the app to the public! 🙄
Using it because the doctor's office forced me to.
App always signs out
Developer is it possible to borrow technology from other app Developers to keep this app signed in. This is the only app that signs me out after using it. Yes I click the box “keep me signed in” and it still signs me out. What about Face ID? Will this app ever get that feature like other apps have?
Can’t login
I can login using my laptop at their website but cannot login with the app. Please fix!
Crashing
I can log in, but when I click on appointments the app crashes. It’s been this way for months.
I like but a feature request.
Can add the ability to send pics to the doctor in messages like other portal apps? I keep charts and things that would be useful to share with my psychiatrist.
Cannt access appointments
Everytime I tap “Appointments” the app crashes.
Horrible app
Will not let me log in and continues to tell me my password and user name are incorrect so I continue to change it and it immediately tells me the same thing that it’s incorrect. Such a frustrating experience and the system is crazy buggy
Poorly designed app
Somehow I either erred entering my chosen sign on name or made a mistake remembering my password and I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for an email response to set a new sign on so I can change my password.
App doesn’t work
Every time I try to open it brings up terms and conditions and then closes the app. Very frustrating!!
