Why are bech32 addresses still not supported?

These days sending funds to bech32 address is required on many kinds of crypto platform. but on this wallet such format of address is not recognized correctly.

不明点に関して

問い合わせをしたくても日本語に対応しておらず、出金トラブル発生時など手の打ちようが無い。これは流石に金銭を扱うアプリとしてはどうなのだろうか。

送金手数料だけ取られました！

トランザクションで高速を選択したにも関わらず、エラーが出てコインは買えず、なのにETH手数料が2500円程度取られました！あり得ない！返して欲しいです！
