If u enjoys sports but are struggling with an injury or even just want to work on your weaknesses this app will help you develop a customised stretching/exercise routine to get you back to doing what you enjoy.
Excellent break down of muscles and what exercises to focus on. VERY cool how it shows the stretching. Well worth it. I’ve set up my weekly workout routine and it keeps you to your selected muscle groups. Occasionally crashes but once back in it’s straight to it. Keep it up team! Cheers
I’ve had this apps for years now and I absolutely love it. It’s not complex asking you a ton of questions. It’s simple to use and effective for the output. I mean that’s all you want in an app. I love the visuals and interactive element to see the muscle groups being used. Solid 10/10 for the app.
Great app but needs an update
This is one of the app definitely worth to spend your money on Not with the detail anothony, but now also comes with default workout set. With the level of professionalism, I believe these works outs will be more effective than the YouTubers
Super helpful in my Cert 3 in fitness. Told everyone in my class about it. If it wasn’t for this app, probably would be crying right now
This app is absolutely amazing! Being a PT and looking for niche/isolated exercises it makes my job so much easier and it is just so detailed and useful. 10/10 recommend
Paid for this app but now it won’t upgrade. Not good
Constantly crashes and not optimised for iPhone 12
