Best gym app
Best app EVER!!! I recommend buying an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch only run this app.
I really like this app , but it has been crashing out and closing by itself. A problem like this should be solved.
Was under the impression this app would show ALL muscles/joints with ability to show muscles moving. This overpriced app barely provides more than one stretch per muscle and most, if not all, have the same “stretches/exercises”. Very disappointed in myself for spending a dime on this app. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY!
This app is desperately in need of an update, but it is exactly what I was looking for. A quick reference with names and locations of muscles and the exercises that target them. Most of the other apps are fitness trackers and coaches and gamification.
It’s very useful app to use while training the only issue it crashes otherwise it an amazing app
It keeps crashing but the app is awesome!
The ability to select a muscle group and have the app automatically pull up exercises that hit that muscle is great. Though I wish the exercises that showed up were in order of most effective versus alphabetical. Main issue is the tool to remove muscles when you select them to see what’s underneath, it either removes the muscle you selected and many other muscles or removes everything else except the one you selected. So it’s almost pointless. to attempt to remedy this deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same issues. I’m on an iPhone 2008 SE.
For the past 3-4 years, I’ve used this app for many reasons - muscle building, stretching, and reference for ART therapy. If you are looking for a map of the muscular system, then I’d highly recommend this one. It’s simple, and the user interface is quite easy to get the hang of quick. 10/10.
