When I tried to log into my account, it stated wrong email/password. Assumed that it could be my password, I clicked forgot password and entered my email to get a new one. Then it stated that email is invalid. I was literally fuming by then, as it’s impossible cause I have the prove from all the emails I had from IMVU, since 2012. Truly upset with this.

My acc was on hold due to inactivity for sometime and I been contacting the customer servis for assistance. As it was opened 14 years ago when I am still 18, I couldn’t remember my original email address and credit card uses to make purchases as it wasnt mine and I am no longer in touch with that person. I feel disappointed and IMVU customer service kept asking me for the same informations (original email and credit card nombor) regardless of a few times attempt to get back my account and even I been asking for other alternatives of verifications. Even google offers more options to do verifications not just insisting on that same methods. Its truly disappointed and to all of you out there, learn from this lesson becareful and do not ever let them put your account on hold.
I like the game but I did a whoole like survey thing for 815+ coins and I don’t think I even got any cuz I went bacc to the game and its only like 200
really love this game but could you put the access pass purchase on the mobile app so it will be easier for people to purchase it
If you ask why here’s my response : at the start I thought this game was interesting with lots of friendly people but in the end I found people saying VERY RUDE words doing stuff that they was not supposed to do and mostly online dating 😣
i completed an offer and IT SAID THERE that i will get 770+ credits. i completed the survey with a perfect score and i only got 6 credits
Anyone can disable your IMVU account or freeze your credits when you spend money on this you’ll only end up making a loss. If you want to get your account back, IMVU makes you send in personal information to retrieve your account The people on the IMVU committee can also be very abusive and racist yet but the report function does not take care of such issues
why is my account deactivated :( I spent a lot of time and effort on it. Please give me my account back lol
The game keeps crashing everytime whenever I try on outfits that goes over the money limit of 500000+ . This is very inconvinient as I can’t remove unwanted items from the cart when shopping and when I do remove unwanted items, I’ll have to go back to whatever category I’m on and scroll down to where I was left. Just downloaded the game and now it just keeps crashing whenever I try to enter the game. It’s a shame really as it features a lot of amazing clothes which gave me inspiration for a lot of outfit ideas, however the crash is what bugs me and now I can’t seem to play the game anymore because of it. Very disappointing
