I love this app. Science based and in small enough bites that you can pick it up and put it down anytime during the day. I especially find the comprehension questions after the videos useful as they ensure you pay attention and think about what you’ve learned

They illustrate habitual situations and link to practical solutions and motivate you to move further.

I’ve gained many insights with my own kids

I wish everyone would learn and apply these principles. It’s helping me a ton and I can see how much families and relationships could improve if everyone was able to incorporate even a fraction of these strategies into their lives.

Lots of bite size videos to learn new or different approaches to relationship building, bonds, conflict management, stress with spouse or co-parent.

Nice small digestible lessons, and I’ve used every single lesson so far. Have already recommended to friends and family.

I wish I would have found this app 15 years ago when I got married and had children. I am learning new things everyday and am being reminded of things I once knew but have forgotten. This app is one of the few I’ve found worth my time!

The lessons learned in this app should be mainstream knowledge and watched by everyone!!!

Very helpful for any type of relationship

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this app. It is simple, easy to follow with mini “quizzes” to help reenforce what you just read/watched and learned. All the sections are broken down into micro session, the videos are short and to the point. The founders of this program made to sure remove as many roadblocks as they could to make the lessons accessible to all. To the App developers and contributors. Thank you for this app. The world would be a better place if we all practiced what you have taught us. Again, thank you.
