I’ve learnt a lot about my emotions my responses and how to deal with my every day situations at home but specially to build strong confections with my husband and children

I’ve been watching the material and reading the tips for the first week and I realised about many things that I have been ignoring when facing daily life situations, leading me to react in an un proper way. Lectures about reducing cortisol, increasing oxytocin and not being concerned too much about dopamine really put me to think about the moments and circumstances where I need to work on the most. Some topics I found very crucial so far: 1. How we are interacting with our loved ones during their upset moments? This was very enlightening. Deep bonds are built when situations are difficult and here is important to put in practice the theory about primitive brain emotional and logical brain that the first lessons talk about. 2. Labelling our emotions: The fact that we are able to identify our feelings and more than that labelling them, is relevant to be more aware about the way how we interact with our couple and family in general. That allow us to separate our frustrations in topics like professional development from our daily interaction as a family. I am looking forward to discover and learn more things about how to build a better version of myself for my loved ones. Is exciting all the scientific foundations that human improvement organisation have collected to describe us ourselves as humans being’s and how we can assimilate those insights in the benefit of a nurture and harmonious life even when the sky is not blue at all.
