Great app if it just worked

For about a week now the app is completely frozen, I’ve tried restarting it and I even uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, it’s still frozen. I get the index alerts (pop ups) but I can’t view them,?

If I could give the app a 0 I would. I am training to be a fire fighter and my fire science teacher told me about this app so we can learn the calls. And it won’t work at all. It keeps saying server error. I want a refund.

App is currently completely broken AND unusable, the UI is completely outdated and terrible, display of units and calls is good. Does not report on medical calls

I got this app so I could see what was going on around town. It barely even does that. There could be a fatal accident right around the corner and it wouldn’t show it (That’s actually going on right now and has been for the last 4 hours and not a mention of it on this app). It also does not show any information besides cross streets, a police code and what truck number has been dispatched. You can’t click on the link to get more info. There’s no more info to be had. This app is basically useless. I get better info through my Nextdoor app than I do from this app. Would return if I could. Don’t waste your money.

Now says unable to register device when i am on wireless and on data and also no updates for three years

I work for a fire dept in the Phoenix system and I have this app to get alerts so I know when my Dept gets kicked out to calls. 8 out of 10 times this app doesn’t let me know when one of our units is dispatched and when the app does let me know, it’s delayed by 5-10 mins so by the time i get the alert and look up the call on FireWire, the call has already cleared. This app needs work. If it worked correctly, it would be a helpful app to have. Would also be nice if you could choose what times you want to receive alerts so you aren’t getting woke up to alerts.

Will there ever be an update for this app? Seems to work fine but is small on my iPhone X..

Wonderful app. Keeps me informed on my FD. Would like to see IH or II ( incident history) if possible!

Thank you guys for fixing the major issue with the alerts!! Works great now!!! A must have app for people in Phoenix who want to know what's going on!!
