Unprofessional, incompetent and careless service.
Their service is so poor that it compelled me to leave my first ever review on the app store in last 10 years. - I paid for an assisted filing, even then I wasn’t important enough for them. - The chat window remains open, no one replies. - They call at their own convenience, not according to when you’re available. - They promise you a time to call but don’t call. - When they call, they aren’t able to answer basic questions and ask to get back to you (which they never do). - If you call customer care, they say that there are too many requests to handle. Then they promise another call which again never happens. - No one called, even when the deadline for filing ITR has passed. And remember, this was a paid service, I had already paid for it. Money wasted. Pathetic.

Well they do file the tax but zero benefits to customers
They forget common man pays them. All they do is file down to last rupee and make us pay tax. Started with rs. 1300 plan and ended charging me rs.3500. All I got was rs. 1000 as rsu share dividend. Ended up paying 3.5k to them. Better we study tax on YouTube and file ourselves. At least 100 rupees we can save plus 35k fees. Felt like they are government recruited and not our side.
Be aware, Without permission they add your Contact number in others ITR account.

Unprofessional
Unfortunately, my experience with their CAs was very disappointing. Each CA quoted different prices, which was confusing and unprofessional. Moreover, their attitude was often rude and unhelpful. This lack of consistency and professionalism made the process frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide a more reliable experience in the future.
3 STRAIGHT YEARS OF COMFORTABLE IT FILING
I have used their services for 3 straight years and like previous years, this year AY 2024-25 RASHIKA BAGARIA assisted me. Good and keep it up
