Useless app my ticket is not booked but money is cut from the bank i dont find a way to refund my money
Annoying advertisements
I don’t understand why this app as well as IRCTC website annoys users with advertisements. Aren’t we paying additional charge to book tickets via IRCTC? Why do we have pay an additional charge for ad-free app?

Bad App Can be crowned as The worst app
Ads in between clicks heightens the frustration. Looks like a 10 year old kid developed the app. So many clicks to get info on a single ride. Shameful!
