The app and website are irritatingly poor to navigate. Despite validating user Id and email Id and contact number, am unable to reset my password. The online help Disha is of no help, neither there is any help from so called executives at 139. Pathetic.And to send a review one has to rate at least one star! Incredible!!
One of the worst app They don’t even update
Worst App. No VFM. Instead we can have NTES App for free. Always asks for Captcha. Irritating.

Rubbish app where you have to see the advertisement on a government app to book your ticket. This is not a free entertainment app where we are being forced to watch the commercials.
