Very Bad service, Booked Vehicle will not receive, Security deposit money 1025 AED not yet received after 2 weeks. No response for follow up

Bad service. Booked car not available. They deduct money from deposit citing deposit processing fee. Do not refund deposit in one month and one needs to keep following up. Bad customer service.

They will give you different car which they don’t show while booking the car. No proper follow up and you have to call them to follow up for your Cash deposit . They never receive call on first instance.

App crashing and it’s useless, is it a fake one ??

I visited JLT branch and i have waiting for more than 35 minutes and i didnt get the car. All payments are done. When i ask the reason they say busy and no staff but there is no busy

I don’t know from where to start , but honestly a word of advise don’t go through this experience . There are plenty of options in the market way better
