Scammer are charging me every single day even when i havent rented any Car

I booked U DRIVE in daily method, used car for a day. Normally they have to charge me for a day rent with parking fees and my reservation charge, completely okay with that and ready to pay. But later that I end the trip before 24 hours and dropped the car within 92 km and didn’t exceeded my allotted km. But they charged me for the next day rent including parking and reservation. This is really called a scam and nobody answering my calls at all. Recommending everyone avoid U DIRVE. If no good service and no response means it’s a worst and bad team

We lost a gold bracelet during our usage, we have reported it and the responsible team found it on the car and returned it back. Thanks for the help

Very poor service -they charged extra amount blaming me for their batter drainage. I clearly remember switching off the lights. -eKar offers far better service. - avoid Udrive

I got my UAE license and now you are asking for home country license which i never drove so what to do

Best Service in UAE, very reliable and easy to use the app as well. The cars are clean and in good condition.

This app I have been using since it was first introduced… and sadly over a period of time all I’ve seen is it getting worse… the User interface is absolute garbage…. The maps now won’t let you open in google apps (only Apple Maps if you use iPhone)… it’s like this app is racing to see how much backward in time it can go… every update feels more like downgrade from previous version and clearly they don’t hire good IT team to fix all the glitches this app has… I’ve given many a times feedback on their emails and all they can do is offer some time credit for wasting time trying to reserve or even worse, trying to drive the car…!! this app has a lot of potential if only they can invest in good IT team and actually listen to their customers feedback!
