Totally wasted my two weeks trip to India to reactivate my account that has been closed due to inactivity during corona. Worst bank.

I am based in unable to use app because it’s not verifying my mobile number and the text messages are failing to send. It keeps sending message to 00449231000001 which is not going through. Need help to log in because it doesn’t even allow me to change text message number. Can you please advice the department I can contact to fix problem? Many Thanks.
Great improvements and some suggestions
First of all, thanks a lot for working on improvements. Pros: 1. Net banking made much more simpler. 2. Lots of new options with ease. 3. No big difference between actual Netbanking and via App Cons: 1. Apple Phones are giving an option to use eSim as secondary which is not actual sim but virtually connected. Till Nov 16th, things were working fine but suddenly today it’s prompting SIM card not found. Can you please fix this one so that IPhone users also get benefits from this app.
