Always unpleasant experiences

Very disappointing bank to deal with. Limited resources & they are way behind their peers. Like the staff , their app also cumbersome to deal with. God save them..

Not showing Balance

Very poor service, not showing exact Balance amount in Bank app worst one

Cant check PPF balance

Cant check PPF balance , or give long standing instructions . Moreover button options on the corner doesn’t respond well , like back or close .

Excellent app Intuitive and easy to use Quick response and hassle free

Sometimes gets stuck due to server issues otherwise its good

Couple of times i have not been able to login because of server issues Other times it works smoothly

Worst experience. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Haven’t logged in for few days? Face ID disabled. Try logging in using MPIN. Oh wait, MPIN is expired. ‘Please reset your MPIN’. Ok sure. MPIN reset done. Ok now reset your MTPIN also. Wait, what?! Ok sure, will reset the MTPIN also. Phew. Now let’s log in. Enter your new MPIN to log in. ‘Invalid MPIN. Log in attempts remaining 3/4’. Ok try again. ‘Invalid MPIN, log in attempts remaining 2/4’. Ok try forgot MPIN and reset it again. Disable wifi, enter RMP, and send SMS. ‘Standard SMS charges will apply’ Ok, no problem, small price to pay for a simple log in process (remember, all this started when I attempted to log in). SMS sent. A registration window opens. I enter the details. ‘You are about to register for IOB UPI’ But wait, I had done this to reset the MPIN, the process for which required me to change the MTPIN too, which indeed was deemed ‘invalid’ on subsequent log in attempts! I don’t want to register for IOB UPI, ffs. This ‘App’ is ETREMELY FRUSTRATING TO USE.

App is slow and not working properly

Useless app

Such a useless app Since 4 yrs the same, last time when i met bank staff they told me the app is much better now, but nothing changed 👿 Always app says ur password is expired. How long been changing the password. Keep an option in the app, if the customer need to change the password they can Other bank app no issue like this. Please remove the unnecessary asking to change the app passwords 👹
