Two drivers in a row demanded to pay more than the app says. We declined and we were blocked in the app Thank you, very comfortable
Bad support
Support is not responding. We left an item in the taxi and need to contact the driver urgently as we are leaving in a day. Support is not responding and is suggesting we reach out via email. We have sent an email, but it is unclear when we will get a response.
The app works terribly
1. The battery overheats, even though my phone is new and was bought a month ago; 2. The app slows down a lot; 3. Any switching from screen to screen within the app or updating the map requires restarting the app. I can't even write a message to the driver without restarting the app. Everything slows down a lot or doesn't work.
The app doesn’t have basic features
1. Ui doesn’t show when will I arrive. Only useless travel time 2. After last update the major feature is broken: ui doesn’t show that driver picked me and also it doesn’t even show that driver has arrived and waiting for me. For example, we are already driving for 10 mins in our taxi but app still shows a message “driver will arrive soon”.
No more drivers
Can't offer a price anymore since last update, ironical that most drivers left the app too and now you can seek for a car more than 20 minutes. Nice job folks
Ignoring the drivers
Awful app, I was driving since 2020, couple weeks ago I had a problem with the new request, it was not showing on the app, I wrote to the customer support and they just asked me which country am I and that’s all ignoring still.

what’s the point of this app when every order is cancelled. no one picks the order.
The worst taxi service ever
No taxies available even for higher price- no response for a very long time - poor customer service- same prices as Yandex and GG- no option for Card payment. Don’t use this app- waste of time, expensive, unreasonable prices !!!!
