App crashes after upgrading to 2.7.8
Hello, the app is great itself. However it keep closing when I try to open it on iPhone6 iOS 12.5.6 Please either resolve the problem or send me a new iPhone.
App Needs Redesign
Although the app is great in terms of functionality, it seriously needs a redesign as it was gradually getting new features that are hard to maintain in this design scheme. Also, can you finally 1. Add push notifications for each transaction instead of a SMS message 2. Add PIN change feature 3. Remove that SMS OTP or make it virtual. People abroad are completely cut from your banking without the local phone number with roaming on 4. Add push notifications for support messages
Do you even QA??
Being the top in the region is unfortunately in the past now. Don’t ruin what was working seamlessly before, instead just maintain what you have. Card transactions, regular ones, utility - everything is broken. Constantly test and don’t remove the “hidden conditions” 😉 Making poor decisions is now what drives this company - business app? Seriously?
Currency conversion
Giving 1 star for waiting for hours my online currency conversion to be approved. Even for very small amounts
Virtual cards
Overall the app is very good but 1. add a way to disable PAYLAYER and 2. Virtual cards minimum value for sms does not work, for any amount I get sms, please fix it Waiting for new features.
Paylater can’t be turned off

Notifications
please add a notification for receiving transactions, every time, I must open the app for check incoming transactions, it’s annoying
Touch id doesn’t work
Touch id never works. Unable to login, please fix the bug, you’re a mobile banking app, not a random application!
