InecoMobile: Banking made easy

Every time I open the app and click on anything it hangs up. I have iPhone 12 mini, but the problem exists in many more devices. Please let me know if you eventually fix it!

Will there ever be any redesign of the app since it’s really very outdated? I hope to see some major UI and UX redesign at least by the end of the year.

Please add searching and filtering in transaction history

Սպասում եմ ձեզանից հիանալի թարմացման՝ ծրագրային և ծանուցման սխալները շտկելու համար, դուք լավագույնն եք երկրի բանկային գործունեության ոլորտում։

1. Transactions view: Add Auth Code to the transactions right now they are only available in SMS notifications or history Add the possibility of seeing all purchases made to a particular merchant by filtering directly in the chosen transaction 2. Add the possibility of seeing the list of online merchants to which the card is attached and a way to remove the card from them without needing to write to the bank. 3. Add a possibility to restrict specific card transactions, such as all internet purchases, all contactless payments, payments on riskful websites (casino, bets, and so on), all international payments, or international payments on a country level. 4. Possibility to close a card (not block, but close without a need to write to support) 5. Possibility to view and change the pin code of the card Possibility to receive Push-notifications for transactions made by card (right now, SMS is the only option, and for some cards, it is a paid service) 6. Add the possibility to send money directly to cards outside of Armenia (many banks have this option, for example, evoca, acba) 7. Even though the app is in English, many parts of the app are not localized for example Transactions: the sender’s name is often in Armenian (unless it is a SWIFT transfer). Still, all banks have the names of the account holders in English/Latin, and it would be much more convenient to see the names of the senders in English when the English version of the app is in use. 8. Transfers between own accounts are shown as income from Inecobank CJSC. It would be more logical to state that they are transfers between own accounts and, when tapping on the transaction, see the name and number of the account where the money came from. Similar changes should be made to the outgoing account. 9. Payment and withdrawals in other currencies are not transparent. I only see the amount in AMD. Upon tapping on the transaction, I would also like to see the amount paid in the payment currency 10. Add the possibility to filter transactions by transfers between own accounts (show/hide) Payment to the state budget (show/hide) 11. Add possibility to search by name, amount 12. Add the possibility to remove people from inecofriend (by holding on to the name or icon, for example) 13. Swift Payments are not available in the app. Please add them Add the possibility of closing accounts without needing to write to the bank 14. Add the possibility for each account and card to see the chart of spent funds

Aplication does not work after the last update on IOS before 16.0
