Even on “light “ mode the text is dark gray on black. Calendar doesn’t scroll and jumps around. Unknown errors freeze app and requires restart of the device. On the corporate side the software took months to implement, leaving employees without scheduling and the ability to clock in and out.

This app is not user friendly at all. Its too confusing!!! I can almost never see my schedule because it never loads!!! Im not sure why our company made us switch to this, cause our previous app worked 100 times better!!!

The last couple weeks the app has been down. Unable to access my information. Very frustrating

Crashes all the time, I have to look up how to find certain stuff on the app (some I still can’t find) because the set up is so poor.

Saying this app is bad would be an understatement, I have never used an app that was so extremely non user friendly. It’s genuinely terrible and I hope companies come to realize this so they can put they’re employees out of their misery. -0 stars

Genuinely an awful app in nearly every way you could possibly think. Horrible UI, not user friendly in the slightest and full of bugs that constantly impede every single task I try to do. New hires at my company have been unable to work, due to this app and despite having a physical book on this app and how to use it, very few coworkers have been able to understand this app. It’s completely nonsensical, convoluted, and generally an awful experience that every level of the company has complained about daily since switching over. Why our company switched to this app, I will never know. All I know is, it has cost us dearly ever since switching to it

This App just stopped working. Already tried re-installing it to no avail

This app would work really good if you worked in a factory. It is not good for dealing with ends and outs of a school district. The other issue has been glitches. You may login and the next time noticed you’ve been logged back out. If this is used to audit, it would be a disaster too many mistakes to be trusted. It could cause someone to lose their job.

The app updated about a week ago, and since then the app won’t open for me. I’m using ios 15.7 on an iphone se2020. No issues until the last update!

While this app can be useful, it doesn’t work half the time and currently cannot even open the app. This is not abnormal and needs to be more reliable.
