Wird immer unübersichtlicher war früher besser

English support

I think the App could be also in English. It can be also added the management of the card in terms of limits, or the interest savings from the extra account.

Diese App ist absolut konstant zuverlässig und komfortabel. Lässt keine Wünsche für den Bankverkehr offen!

a nightmare

I tried to open an account here even though it’s only in german… They asked for a DEUTSCH PHONE NUMBER, if not they don’t allow me to open the account. That’s stupide my number belong to EU. I really want to open an account and this is nonsense. Then I tried to get a prepaid sim to get the german number and guess what… they asked me for a DEUTSCH IBAN… it’s a loop. Please, let people with EU telefonnummee to open an account!! line DKB etc…

Very bad service

First no English version, so very bad. Second, I want to do some payments and buys and not allow me. So so so unhappy.

No English version

This app is only in German so foreigners with an ING bank account need to learn German to use it. Also, you can’t see the balance on each transaction, only the current balance. There is no section to review spending per category like restaurants, shopping etc. this app should learn from ING app in other countries.

No translation

I opened an account here because I thought the mobile interface could be translated from german to english. Its not. I have a very hard time using this account everytime i have to do something. Executing options are basic and very limited. Worst banking app ive ever had. You cant see the overall balance in each withdrawl. Every decent app has this.
