I have several bank accounts. ING is by far the best.
Account always gets locked without any reasons and I have create new log in details every time which is utterly rubbish. I must have done this more than 30 times in the last year. Please fix your service and IT quality. the basics e.g. online transfer and payments without needing iTan, and Touch ID and Face ID for logins but doesn’t come close to banking apps I have used before. Please check out what banking apps are like in countries like the UK and perhaps you can improve on the user friendliness. The depot overview is too simplistic and not really inviting to use.

Works fine and is easy to use. English option would be nice, but only Deutsch for the moment.

Good application but offline too much so can’t check transactions
Can't handle multiple accounts so there is no way I can use the app for joint account and current account TANs. You need to enroll each time (with two paper TANs, account access number and internet pin) to change accounts - just to get one iTAN
