...Not so great if you don’t. The app says it’s got English and Dutch but it doesn’t. Given that it’s effectively useless unless you have a handy translator next to you, kind of a pointless app if you aren’t Dutch-speaking. The second issue is that some funds/ETFs etc. are greyed-out and you can’t do anything with them via the app, you have to log onto the banking website. Thirdly, international stocks e.g. in the US are very limited, so you’re kind of stuck with high load-cost/high-rate investments rather than the option to go for something like cost-effective Vanguard funds.

Despite new release still can’t activate the app. Absolute failure. No it still doesn’t work. As reported earlier the sign up flow hangs in the screen where you have to decide to turn on Face ID now or later. This is a bug in the app where it doesn’t recognize the “buttons” at the bottom. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

De app doet op zich wat die moet doen, maar “actuele” koersinformatie is onder de maat, met als dieptepunt vandaag een urenlange storing die nog steeds niet is opgelost. Koersen zijn niet actueel en niet consistent: de app vermeldt per product 2 verschillende koersen en het is niet helder welke van die 2 de meest actuele is. Dat moet beter kunnen.

No English no money

Wat een drama. Gegevens kunnen niet worden opgevraagd, laat staan het plaatsen van orders.

Het plaatsen van orders is moeilijker geworden in een recente update. Het verloopt nu allemaal via een website in plaats van met een native app interface.

Fijne snelle site

Kan al maanden de watchlist niet bijwerken. Kon altijd bedrijven volgen, maar dat lukt dus niet meer. Waar ligt dat aan en wanneer wordt dit opgelost?
