Things are going very smoothly on the ING mobile app. Despite the fact that I live in the USA and thus all my banking goes through mobile app. Also I feel comfortable with the level of security for my transactions. Both in and out. I am a very happy customer. IRG.

Don't update to IOS 16! Current Accounts page disappears

Hi ING Developers, I know everyone yells at you all, but I think you've done a great job with the App these past several years. I just wanted to bring your attention to a NEW problem....related to the latest App update & IOS 16. Here in our offices the past few days, on many iphones (Xand XR and up) IF a person both updates the ING App to latest version AND they update to IOS 16, their "Current Accounts" page completely goes blank. Nothing shows, just a dark screen. Weirdly, it now even does this if you go to any computer (laptop or desktop, windows, apple, or Linux--with any browser), the same thing happens. I know of several people this is happening to right now, and I know you must be getting telephone calls about it. Hope you can get it fixed reasonably quickly :-). Sincerely, D.P.

Credit card statements

İt’s unacceptable we can not access our credit card statements online when every other of your competitors, even Beobank, has gone for paperless. We still keep getting Visa card statements by mail, in a very old fashioned way with ING living in Stone Age. What a waist!!

Non-functional app again

After using the new app for several months to do all my transactions, now suddenly my current account does not show up in the app. This is why I never used the old app. Unbelievable that the “new” app is now completely useless, just like the old one.

1. functionality disappeared. some answer from the development team indicates the vision of ING. that is, to push a product without any consideration for the outcome or the job-be-done. 2. no warning of single account restriction. register your first account using the outdated card reader and ... absolutely NO WAY to add additional accounts. call support and the answer is : install the app on ANOTHER phone. i will let know that this REGRESSION is important to you. 3. the net is as follows : new UI (user interface) that suits ING and loss of capacities to manage your money efficiently. i guarantee that surveillance and intrusion of accounts will be on the rise. as well as fees. and of course no evidence of data privacy respect nor of hacking shielding. 4. ethics are absent from banking and definitely from ING.

Doesn’t work at all

This app no longer works; I can’t log in at all, support has tried to fix it but after over a month of trying they still can’t repair it. I can’t see my balance, I can’t transfer, I can’t pay with QR. This app is completely and totally broken. UPDATE: Develop responded to me and asked me to call their main hotline. I’ve called the number at least 10 times and wait over 40 minutes each time and they still don’t solve my problem. It’s been over three months. No one cares and no one updates me. I’m thinking the best way to fix the app is to close my accounts.

New System

Your new system is very unpractical. The previous system was excellent and didn’t need to be changed. From someone not living in Belgium this system is NOT USER FRIENDLY
