Set up to Wifi is too complicated and slow. Device itself works well. I would rate that at 5. But the app 🥵 Failed to find device after multiple attempts. 🤷‍♂️ Resorted to operating manually. Definitely needs a tidy up in the way you set it up for WiFi.

Could be a great app, but it’s nearly impossible to read the temperature history due too tiny text size. Such an easy fix as there’s lots of empty space on the screen.

Having an issue with the app cutting off my settings on the controller. My humidifier will continuously run and not turn off at the set humidity percentage set as soon as the app is linked with the controller. Needs investigating!

App logged me out can’t easily find where to log back in

Inkbird bbq just worked but this app wants me to register, wants to track other data and even wants my location.

Can’t even give a zero stars, I changed to this app instead of the pro version as InkBird are shutting the other one down. Now I’m getting multiple false alarms and it seems so inaccurate. This never happened with the old app.

Bluetooth no longer works

Product refuses to pair to my WiFi. Avoid.

Live temperature readings are coming in normally but graph suddenly stopped displaying data. Great product when it works, but if I can’t see the temperature trend it’s no more useful than a simple thermometer.
