Annoyed that I paid for the InstaSave Premium Plan but that app no longer works. I thought the paid subscription would transfer over to this new app, as the developer disabled their previous app forcing us to use this new app if we wanted to continue using what we paid for. I paid InstaSave Premium Annual subscription in May 2024 and I wanted to use the app for the first time since they disabled the previous app. I wish they would have honoured paying customers ‘ subscriptions when we are forced to use the new app. Edit: oh my god the amount of ads served every few seconds makes this app unusable. I’m super annoyed. If you decide to disable an app and make another app to replace it, make your paid customers access the features they paid for in the new app. DO BETTER.

Hello i have downloaded other app name insta save..i got it premium done..then after a month it shows our app has been moved,please download our new app named In mark..then i have downloaded this app.But i have already paid for premium but this app…is not showing any premium…and so so many adds..i am saying app is bad..,but when i have paid for premium for earlier app,then why it is not showing here and i will try to attach screenshot as well

Paid full Subscription to Instasave app 2 months ago and they now have moved to this app, closed instasave app and want me To Pay again for New subscription! Scammers. Don’t trust!!!

You guys can't ask money from other app and after payment was done ask the clients to download this one and make us pay 2 times! I already sent an email and this must be sold, I work for the division of illegal online activities in Oceania and it will be a big trouble.

Purchased an annual subscription and told to download this and yet your annual subscription doesn’t roll over!!!

I had paid for an annual subscription for their other app InstaSave which was good for another 6 months. However, when I open their InstaSave app it doesn’t work anymore and they ask me to download their new app InMark instead. They do not give the benefit of remaining 6 months of subscription when I move to the new app.

Absolutely disgusting to see this be permitted.

It leaves an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth that after paying for an annual subscription to instasave on June 10 and sending a couple of emails to customer support that went UNANSWERED about bugs I was experiencing with the app that when I went on Insta Save today I got told to download this new app. Oh and guess what. My annual plan that I just purchased only two weeks ago doesn’t transfer over. AWFUL customer experience for an otherwise great app when it works

I have taken Ihsans subscription which they diverted to InMark . But my subscription is not transferred please do the needful and compensate for the loss of days
