I’d rate it better cuz the app genuinely does work great. But the Ads are pretty excessive

All those 5 stars are fake, I bought annual subscription long time ago when it was Instasave. Asked customer service to transfer my subscription, they said everything will be transferred (just give us a 5 star review) but nothing changed at all. So I found better app on Apple Store for free and without ads. This app is ridiculous:/ scammers!

** update. After several emails back and forth they were finally able to get my subscription transferred to their new app. I feel like I should have gotten a few weeks free just for all the time, effort and follow-through it took to get this accomplished. It was not as easy as sending one email and *poof* it being transferred. I went for days of watching soooo many ads to use the app while I waited. I knocked one star off for all the hassle. That being said, the app itself works well. I’m very happy with it!! I loved your original app. I paid through June 2025 for no ads. Please fix this so I can continue to use and recommend your app. Thanks.

Been using the app for over a year now and it’s great, get to download stories, pictures, videos. Wish it would let you play the videos from the app and not have to download to see but nonetheless a great app.

Don’t bother with this app unless you will pay for it. It’s just unbearable. I’d almost want you to try it just to see how bad it is but to save your own time-take my word for it. Like many others I was with instasave and paid for the annual subscription. Then they changed apps. After a few weeks I finally figured out how to request the subscription on this app that I already paid for. It did not carry over on its own. So I lost out on part of it. (About a month). They said they would only honor my plan until it’s expiration date but so far my account still says I’m on the free plan. Then they told me to give them a 5 star review and they would give me an extra week. What a joke. I liked instasave app and I’m sure this would will get the job done but you can just go on safari and do this for free. After this I would pay for it and I’ll delete the app. I didn’t like the how that was handled.

I bought the premium version of the app but YOU WILL STILL GET ADS!! Customer service is NON EXISTENT! Had to purchase again and they refuse to refund me the extra purchase and gave me “2 free months” Will definitely be switching after subscription is over to a better company

They switch to another app once you buy and annual subscription and make you pay again. Problem Solved. Send them an email and they fix it quickly.
