Inner Dimension TV is for all types of yogis! If you’re totally new to yoga and want to start with the basics, the “Yoga for Beginners” program might be a great place to start. If you want to jump right in to more active flows, feel free to start with any class. We’ve heard from many users that progressing from the 10-day “Journey To Yoga” program to the 30-day “Yoga 30 for 30,” then to the more advanced “Level Up 108” series is a great way to progress and feel a sense of accomplishment. Of course, make sure to supplement with other styles such as gentle, yin, meditation, etc. along the way!

Explore Power Yoga, Yin, Meditation, Gentle, Pranayama, Restorative and Prenatal practices all in the form of individual classes ranging from 5 to 90 minutes, or in program form designed to guide you on a 3 to 108-day journey.

So regardless of whether you prefer music with your practice or not, you’ll always be able to find a class that meets your unique needs.
