Probably buggiest App ever
This is unfortunate, because as a Insightly user I'm obliged to use it all the time… - Bad scrolling behavior in task lists (daily hassle) - Crashing when listing tasks in a project - Crashing a lot in many circumstances (very unstable!) - Weirdest date picker (why doing it like this?) - All over user experience could be improved

Alle Daten schnell verfügbar. Grafik hat noch Potential.
Information exchange
There are a lot of apps and software but here we can see where we are mobile or office and share with others. Easy to use Shame the email link is troublesome. Be great if incoming calls were Insightly linked

De loin le meilleur CRM en Cloud. Pour son "jeûne âge", ce SaaS est une vrai merveille. Il manque quelques fonctions au niveau de la recherche, mais tout est déjà dans le pipeline du team support. Team support extrêmement réactif, rapide et .... répondant également en Français ;-) GENIAL.... merci et continuez à le développer svp

App crashes constantly
Insightly is a good CRM. Several months again the iPhone app started crashing. I did all the trouble shooting I could. Clean install update app and phone software, but every time I alter the date or make a simple adjustment to a task, the app crashes. The development team can’t reproduce it, so the issue has been on the back burner for months without any resolution. Hoping for aun update to fix this… someday…
Horrible Customer Service
I have been attempting to get our information deleted so we can start from scratch. We had a paid account and dropped the CRM at one point. We are wanting to make it our CRM and upgrade out plan but it is impossible to get someone on the phone or a response to a support ticket. I have tried everything and no one ever gets back with me or responds to my support ticket. Now I just get an email that says my support ticket is closed because I don’t have a paid account but it won’t let me upgrade my account or delete my information myself.
