Need improvements
Although the app has majority of the functionalities, one of the main features where transfers to Virtual accounts are unable to be performed in the app. I think transfers within ICICI & Virtual accounts are an important part of the core banking solutions from a business banking perspective. I have raised this issue locally many times but needless to say it’s all in vain. I once again request you to pls do the needful so as to maintain your edge within the banking industry at the highest standards. Hope this review is useful for u to mandatorily incorporate the functionality within the business banking app. Thanks
Same issue as iMobile
I have had to use screenshot a lot to send some quick statement. Blocking screenshot doesn’t sounds you are giving a lots of security. Kindly provide option to enable screenshot at user will. Do not just block it. What you can do is that you by default you block the screenshot and let the techy guy like me able to enable screenshot as our will and if anything happens like scam etc should icici not be responsible. Your support team asked for the screenshot to summarize the issue and guess what your app can’t let us grab screenshot. What an irony

The app is good overall but the UPI payments section creates an issue almost 90% of the time
Hangs freezes all the time
It’s a pain to work with this app.
Bad performance
I am facing challenges many times in opening the app. It doesn’t work when really needed. This is happening inspite of regularly updating from app store in my iPhone 15.
