Login method not accepting

The app is not allowing to login after setting up fingerprint/Face ID as a login method. Now even after putting correct user ID and password it mentions login from device with registered mobile number, which is the same device in my case.

Login issue

Most of time when i going to login massage come service not available What rubbish

Statement download and sharing not working

Statement cant be downloaded, shared or printed directly through the app which was working great previously. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

Software gets hang

Now a days many times the software is getting hanged. It is not showing all the details of cheques deposited in clearing or issued. Also many services in the software are inactive.

Worst banking app

I have used axis citi hdfc indusland apps but icici app is the worst. It keeps on hanging while doing upi payments. Account balance is not updated. You need to logout many times just to see updated balance. Many times it automatically log out while making payment.

Not getting messages

Whenever customer deposit the payments, I am not getting confirmation messages.

Worst App

It’s the worst banking app . Half the time it doesn’t work. It fails to open with a msg that services not available. I shifted my account from ICICI bank to another.

My I phone version is 15.8.2 when am trying to open app it’s pop up and crash pls solve the issue
