Great Service

I live regionally and it’s hard to get a doctor on weekends, or even during the weekdays. This app has helped me so many times and the dr are always friendly and helpful. Plus it’s SO much faster than actually having to go to the dr.

The best app!!

Thank you for coming to the rescue for us and our kids. It’s amazing not having to leave the home and actually speaking to a real (& caring) doctor. We love instant consult - never fails to disappoint 😊

Excellent for Last Minute Consult

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. Initially I stumbled upon it during covid but now I use it when I cannot get into a gp asap.. The first available GP appts are a four week wait. For example; when I need a script repeat immediately not realising it had run out; this has been a great back up plan. Additionally ; not having to wait for an hr in a clinic is brilliant. It makes for a more calmer and relaxed appt.

Quick and easy way to speak to a doctor

The doctor was lovely and it was easy to get my medical certificate. So much better than waiting in a germy waiting room if you don’t need to be physically looked at

Great App/platform

Really easy to sign up. First appointment was free with the code from chemist wearhouse website. Didn’t wait long at all. Dr was great.

Quick and thorough consult

Quick consult for a script for a throat infection. Much cheaper than my in-person GP. The doctor was lovely and got me on my way with the required script.

Excellent service for urgent request for routine meds.

App was easy to use! The doctor was very professional, but friendly, who asked exactly what my local GP would ask. Waited less than 15 minutes and the video consult was direct but thorough. Will definitely use again, and encourage others to use as well.
