Instant Consult accidentally received my pathology results instead of my GP office. So when my GP office and I contacted Aly at customer service but she refused to send it to my GP and told me I could only access it by paying for another appointment with one of their GP’s via the app (the results had to be discussed in person) and then she stopped answering my emails.

Quick and easy to do. Excellent.

Paid $45 for a prescription of penicillin because I was in agony for my severe strep throat. Was given a prescription for every 12 hours. Well it’s 2 days past that and I’m still in agony and cannot eat, talk or swallow. Went to my gp and I should of been given a prescription for every 6 hours. So completely wasted $45 and put myself through more horrific pain. Don’t recommend.
