This system is useless and support non existent, the system spends more time offline than it does online, this has to be the most unstable system I have ever used

As the other reviewer Buggy said it. Way over priced Even if it worked properly still hard to justify the cost Constantly drops wifi (if you can even get it to connect) It’s a whole process to reconnect it so I’ve now stopped trying to get it to work as it is a constant reminder of what a waste of money this is.

Since my majestic jade 42 was installed nov 2021 with wifi kit I have had no solid interface with Intellifire app. However thanks to the hard work of Garrett and his team at HHT it was determined my IFT-ECM was faulty. Had it replaced yesterday and now the app interface works flawlessly. Yessssss it took a long time to ascertain the issues but I would like to thank HHT for putting in the research and development to correct the problem and renew my confidence.

Sad people see these comments AFTER buying a wifi module for their fireplace. If only there was more transparency before the purchase. Simply doesn’t work. The wifi module will stay connected to internet for about 3 weeks before malfunctioning. Alexa can control this for a little while but then loses connectivity, same with the app on iOS. We have had the tech come out twice and replace the physical module. So you can’t say we got a lemon. The fireplace itself is amazing. One of our favourite features of the house. The tech seems frustrated with this technology. He claimed it was rushed to keep up with competitors. This is very basic tech. Hope you guys can fix and update existing systems rather us having to buy new modules. In all honesty, this is taking advantage of customers. Knowingly selling upgrades that are not ready. Should be ashamed.

There is a problem with this app or the fire place, always need to reset the fire place (120 volts) if I want the app working properly. Sometimes, I reset twice a day. Is somebody experience the same thing? Is somedy at this biseness could tell me what is the problem?

It lost my account. I can’t login. I can’t reset password. I can’t sign up with different email address. App is totally useless.

Last September, I spent 5 hours to get app to work including over one hour with their tech support. Finally got it to work and it was fine for over 12 months then quit. Now struggling again to get it to work. This time, app can’t find my wi-fi network. My Honeywell thermostat app took less than 10 minutes to set up and has been trouble free for three years.

Will no longer allow me to control fireplace. Tried repeatedly to reinstall with no luck. Won’t recognize the 2.4G wifi
