Intercom App Type B

Disappointed with the quality and lack adjustment in camera (ie no adjustment). Also app has stopped notifications when button pressed on intercom. Not user friendly and inconvenient.

Out of date app extremely slow, connects then drops, totally useless. Real shame.

Every time we want to open our gate we have to close the app totally - can’t be running in the background - open it and then open the gate. Poorly designed. The app is also VERY SLOW to respond to even answer when the monitor is activated. We’ve only had this for a week and am sick of it. Even on our wifi which is 1000 mbps download speed the app is so slow to respond that visitors have almost walked away. When will these bugs be fixed and a more sophisticated app released?

Extremely disappointed. His app belongs in the last century. Slow and doesn’t work half the time. DO NOT BUY this system if you are relying on the app. You’re better off installing a ring.

Terrible app. App always has to be closed and reopened to work by that time it’s too late and who ever is at your door has given up and walked away.

Hard to install but the end result is better than previous model

When it works it’s great. But 50% of the time it just gives a connection error - very frustrating and means can’t be relied on

Today I installed the Aiphone “App” on my mobile phone and then had the pleasure of watching our builder install our new front gate….for 30 kilometres away! Can’t wait to test all the other features of this amazing system.

Given how slow and unreliable this app is, I question the overall rating for this app. The app operates like it’s 2004 on GPRS speeds.
