Intercom App Type B

The app doesn’t work 98% of the time and you can’t do anything to fix it.

This app fails when u need it most. They need to work on reliability and robustness. The app only works when everything is perfect. If the phone is off and you are perfect in answering the call and pressing the right sequence of buttons with just the perfect delay then it can open the door. Otherwise it locks you out and you cannot even manually open the door. Even closing the app doesn’t work u must wait like 5 minutes just to ensure u miss the package. It can be so frustrating. I wish this company knew how to code because the hardware is excellent.

We installed this unit at one of our client location, since installation, it’s dropping the server connection, every day needed 4 to 5 times reset, did all changes as per tech support. No luck..

Very simple and friendly user App.

Bonjour L’app ne peut plus avoir accès à l’interphone suite à de nombreux appels. L’app dit que la platine principale est en cours d’utilisation alors qu’elle est libre On est obligé à domicile de redémarrer la console pour retrouver la fonction. Merci

Application extrêmement sommaire. Interface horrible avec des icônes incompréhensibles. Problème de connexion wifi. Par exemple, on ne peut pas voir si le portail est ouvert ou pas sur l’application.

Ne marche plus du tout depuis que j’ai fait la MAJ ce matin une vraie catastrophe

Long a se connecter au reseau. Ca sonne sur tous les telephones et surtout ca continu de sonner meme quand quelq'un a ouvert , sans compter que les sonneries sont vraiement mais vraiement nulles. J'ai mis 2 etoiles parceque malgre tout ca marche mais je recherche une autre appli compatible avec le moteur du portail
